About your teacher:

Hi!  My name is Mrs. Meade!  I am so excited to be a member of the Kindergarten Team.  Most importantly, I am thrilled to be your teacher!  It’s going to be a great year full of new friends, new adventures, and new discoveries!  I want to learn all about you.  Here are a few things about me.

I was born and raised in Spring, TX.  Upon graduating from The University of Alabama, I began my teaching career in Tuscaloosa, AL where I taught for 9 years.  My family and I moved back to Spring in 2010, and I began teaching at Hailey Elementary.  I transferred to Broadway this summer.  I believe my 14 years of experience will help me challenge your student to “SET SAIL” this year!

I am married and have two wonderful children, Landon (12), and Kylie (10).  Landon is an avid baseball player and Kylie loves cooking.

I am so excited to be your student’s teacher this year.  We have an awesome group of students in our class.  This is going to be a great year!
